Looking back on 2025, the chairman noted that Fubon people, adhering to their original vision of "empowering global agriculture with digital and biotechnology" in a complex environment, delivered an impressive performance: strategically transitioning towards becoming a "globally leading agricultural technology service enterprise", maintaining the "world's top sales volume of fertilizer additives", and the agricultural doctor team constructing a complete technological closed loop and promoting the "Fubon solution" to Zambia; innovatively collaborating with top research institutions to tackle bottleneck technologies, launching the "Tianshengdan" million-mu public welfare agricultural assistance campaign; and in terms of talent, initiating the Fubon Technology Huazhong University of Science and Technology Advanced Training Program, the second phase of the Fubon Technology Reserve Cadre Training Camp, and the "Wolf Warrior Plan" phases I and II to continuously refine and select new sales teams. In his speech, Chairman Wang looked forward to 2026, proposing to "take root" to cultivate core strengths, "head for the ear" to open up vast markets, and "share the burden" to unite great efforts in striving for glory with all colleagues.

By integrating planting, feed processing, and livestock breeding, a closed-loop industrial chain of "planting - feed - breeding - fertilizer" is established. This not only turns agricultural waste such as straw into treasure but also significantly enhances the overall efficiency of farmland, boosting agricultural quality and efficiency and increasing farmers' income. Additionally, he shared the pilot progress and future promotion plans of the project at the Yingcheng base, giving every Fubon employee present a more comprehensive and profound understanding of this key project that empowers green agriculture.
